BLI offers a 6-month community leadership training program for business professionals to foster a network of leaders who are committed to understanding and improving the quality of life in our region. The BLI Class of 2026 will kick off on the last Friday in September for a full day retreat and then meet regurally on the first and third Thursdays of the month from October-March. A formal graduation cermony will conclude the program on the evening of the last Thursday of March

With over 500 graduates, BLI participants benefit from:
